The SonoBed Apollo is the ultimate exam bed for busy labs that must do all areas of ultrasound, including venous insufficiency exams. The Apollo offers all-electric features to support ergonomics for fellow sonographers, including a power drop section, power Wedge Section, power foot panel, and electric Trendelenburg to 45°. The stirrups are hidden and slide in/out, so they never leave the bed frame and are easy to access when needed. The Apollo is built on the classic SonoBed Cardiac model chassis, which has been around for over 20 years. By adding power to the features and extending the reach of the Trendelenburg, we have designed a powerful workhorse for your busy lab.

4043	Standard Headrail	The basic head rail design is permanently installed and secures to the head of the bed. This enables the patient to grab on and move their own body during the exam, scooting up and down and side to side — added bonus, it keeps the pillow on the bed
4041	Wrap-Around Headrail	Another great invention from Jason, the wrap design gives the patient a bar to hold onto as they enter and exit the bed. The rail makes it easier for the patient to position themselves, rolling over and moving into the desired position

The SonoBed Athena is an exam bed designed for general ultrasound, women’s studies, including pelvic and breast, and venous insufficiency exams. The Athena concentrates on ergonomics first by offering Double Power Wedge Sections (built-in patient positioning wedges) - ideal for breast exams, power dropping foot panel, built-in vascular footboard, and 45° Trendelenburg, all operating with standard hand control and/or optional foot controls. The benefits of breast imaging are raising and lowering the Wedge Sections™ according to the size of the breast and finding the best position that will aid in test results. The Athena is ideal for busy imaging labs and centers that do everything except cardiac.
